Is there a licensing requirement for the state?New York State has no licensing equirements...Florida, Rhode Island & California require a state test or a bond to be posted...what state do you live in? I will check it and send you the regulations, if any.

If so, how does that effect me not living in NY?You must follow the laws of your state...I have many agents all across the country.

Do you receive an ID card of any kind?Yes...your business card and you can order a photo ID from CLIA. I will send you that info in another e mail.

How does the commissioning work?You may download a copy of the agreement which has all the details...you get 60% of the commissions generated by each booking you make for tour packages or cruises...you get 50% commission on all other bookings (air only, hotel only, car rental only).

I usually purchase my plane tickets through travelocity, would I still do that? Yes & No...we get air deals from our wholesalers, like a $75 fare to Cancun or Punta Cana or Turks & Caicos Island...you research the fare and if its better than Travelocity you may book thru the wholesalers. How would I connect to your site to do bookings?

You do not connect to my site to do bookings...you do it over the phone (toll free numbers) or you do it on the tour wholesalers site.

How would we do the class over the phone? I will mail you all materials...when you have the time for a 2 hour class you set up an appointment with me to call you on a specific day and time...I will have the same materials you have...it is very easy...people are surprised to learn that they have been doing this for years and not getting a penny in commissions...if you get 6 people to join our travel agency I will fly down and do the class in a hotel.
